Customer testimonials

Great service, showed up on time, completed their work in three hours, cleaned up their equipment, and left.

John J. Bel Air

Called and received my quote within an hour. Staff was courteous, they arrived, set up their equipment, put their suits and masks on and went to work. Fogging process took four hours. Looking forward to bringing them back in a month.

Kelly K. Severna Park

Good guys to work with.

Will hire them again.

our disinfecting service levels

Standard Disinfecting Service

Standard Disinfecting Service

Standard Disinfecting Service

Our standard disinfecting service uses an EPA N-Listed disinfectant that is applied with an electrostatic sprayer. This sprayer produces an atomized and electrically-charged mist that aggressively adheres to surfaces and objects. Because the particles in the spray are positively charged, they cling to and coat any surface they’re aimed at.  This service is typically selected when there have been no confirmed cases of COVID-19 within the facility.

Premier Disinfecting Service

Standard Disinfecting Service

Standard Disinfecting Service

This is our principal Disinfection System capable of destroying a broad spectrum of microorganisms, to include COVID-19. Our system generates a turbulent aerosol that uses evaporation to quickly disperse H202 vapor and increasingly concentrated micro-droplets everywhere in complex rooms to kill germs where they hide, ensuring disinfectant reaches even those spaces beyond the reach of sprays, wipes, or UV lights. This level of service is frequently used in high traffic facilities such as gyms and retail stores or facilities which contain sensitive populations like nursing homes.

Priority Service Policy

Once-Weekly Proactive Disinfecting Service

Once-Weekly Proactive Disinfecting Service

This policy provides 24/7 priority disinfecting service that is utilized when a positive or potentially positive COVID-19 patient was in your facility. Once notified, Complex Threat Solutions, LLC will dispatch a team of technicians to disinfect the facility within 24 hours. Our priority service reduces business interruption timeframes, loss of revenue for your company, but most of all; it protects your employees and customers.

Once-Weekly Proactive Disinfecting Service

Once-Weekly Proactive Disinfecting Service

Once-Weekly Proactive Disinfecting Service

This is our Standard Disinfecting Service performed once a week where we disinfect all high touch items and use our electrostatic sprayers to disinfect areas where your employees and customers frequent. There is a four week minimum for this service.

our disinfecting systems

Complex Threat Solutions is pleased to announce that Halosil International granted us approval to deploy and operate their Halo Disinfection System. Halosil’s Halo Disinfection System® pairs HaloMist™, a proprietary broad spectrum disinfectant, with the HaloFogger® to ensure the uniform, dry fogging delivery of disinfectant throughout any complex space, achieving complete coverage with the highest possible efficacy on the market today.

HALOFOGGER FLX

This unit disperses hydrogen peroxide vapor and increasingly concentrated microdroplets everywhere in rooms to kill hidden germs. The HaloFoger reaches places that sprays, wipes, and UV light miss.

CHEMICAL INDICATOR H202 STRIP TESTS

These strips are placed throughout the area being disinfected to ensure the Hydrogen Peroxide vapor has reached all areas in the room. Typically, one strip is placed in each corner of the room. Once the disinfection operation is complete, the strips are checked to ensure they indicate proper H202 exposure.

frequently asked questions

What does it cost to have my facility disinfected?

It’s one of the most frequently asked questions from our customers. Pricing is dependent on many factors and each facility is unique. To provide an estimate please complete our questionnaire. The more information you can provide, the more accurate our estimate will be to have your facility disinfected.

What is fogging?

Fogging is used predominantly for the application of disinfectants, biocides, fungicides and pesticides. The fogging equipment generates a fog or mist formed of Ultra Low Volume (ULV) droplets. Through vaporization, airborne and surface-based pathogens are destroyed, so there is no need to move furniture or equipment around for the treatment to work. Fogging is probably the quickest and easiest way to disinfect large areas with minimum disruption to both you and your business.

Is fogging really necessary?

Fogging is most effective at destroying airborne pathogens, disinfecting large areas quickly and ensuring more thorough disinfection to areas that may get missed or are out of reach. So is it required? It all depends on how much you want to minimize the risk of virus outbreaks. Fogging is exceptionally thorough, destroying germs, bacteria, and viruses fast and ensuring all previously infected areas are disinfected.

What chemicals do you use in your process?

We only use products that are on the EPA list N, which is the approved list of disinfectants for products that meet EPA’s criteria for use against SARS-CoV-2.

Is your process safe for electronics?

Yes, our process is safe for all electronics. We do however request that all electronics are shut off prior to our disinfecting operations.

Does your process leave a film on room contents?

No, our process does not leave a residue on room contents.

Will you dispose of contaminated contents?

The purpose of conducting disinfecting operations is to kill the virus. There should not be any contaminated items in the area once disinfected. CTS, LLC personnel will only remove trash they generate as part of their operations.
